Palladeo, Glendale , California 1999-present.  Ongoing enhancements to a SQL Server / Access-based system used by Palladeo to manage hundreds of remodel jobs for major chains such as Vons grocery stores, Washington Mutual bank offices, and Office Max stores nationwide.

Equinaire, Covina , California 2007-present.  Created and developed SQL Server based system for identifying below market real estate investment opportunities in Southern California .  Conceived and realized ideas leading to two established patents pending.  Software has had press releases to the L.A. Times and local television and radio stations.

Director for staff of six programmers.  Developed a SQL Server / Access-based system for displaying complex reports through a Citrix interface to clients nationwide.  Berger is a leading management consultancy for the nation's largest firms facing bankruptcy.

Answer Financial, Encino , California

1999-2001.  Senior Systems Programmer for web-based comparative insurance company.  Developed decision support system in ASP / XML / BroadVision using a farm of SQL Servers for data manipulation.  Created and achieved software patent for the company.

Aurora National Life Assurance, Marina del Rey , California

1998-1999.  I.T. Director for staff of four programmers.  Converted a COBOL/CICS  proprietary mainframe system to one based on Platinum SQL, using SQL Server and Visual Basic.  Gave year long classes on programming to 25 systems people companywide.

1997-1998.  Consultant.  Developed web-based sales force automation software using ASP and Visual Basic responsible for over 100 online forms and reports being made available to Blue Cross's sales force in the field.

Altamira Group, Burbank , California 1996-1997.  Programmer, webmaster.  Startup company sold "Genuine Fractals", an Adobe Photoshop plug-in for advanced image compression.  I developed the website, answered customer inquiries, and supported the software in C++.

Marcam Manufacturing, Newton , Massachusetts 1995-1996.  Lead consultant, with team of three consultants.  Developed ordering software in Access for manufacturing software firm. 

State Street Research, Boston , Massachusetts 1994-1995.  Senior Programmer.  Wrote programs to support security trading firm in SQL Server, Access, FoxPro, Excel automation, and more.  One system put watch lists from Reuters proprietary software into an Excel spreadsheet for traders every night.

1988-1994.  Programmer/Analyst.  Worked in Portfolio Accounting department, responsible for more than $100 billion of investments annually.  Wrote code in DYL280, FoxPro, COBOL, CICS, Excel, and other languages.  Supported Money Market II, a proprietary portfolio accounting software.
